Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we will try our best to process and ship it quickly:
Processing time: The order will enter production within 18 hours.
Because all jewelry is handmade, the estimated production time for ordinary products is 1 to 3 days, and the estimated production time for customized products is 3 to 7 days.
Special circumstances: If the order volume is large, the processing time may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you in time by email.
2. Shipping method and Time
We provide the following shipping methods for you to choose:
Standard shipping: The estimated delivery time range is 6-15 working days.
Usually 6-9 days in the United States and 8-11 days in the European Union.
Fast shipping: The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days (applicable to some areas).
Please note that the shipping time is calculated from the date of order shipment and may vary due to factors such as destination, transportation company, customs inspection, etc.
Return Policy
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return time: You have 15 days from the date of order delivery to apply for a return.
The platform is fully responsible for after-sales problems caused by quality problems of the ordered goods. The specific after-sales rules are as follows:
The product is flawed, defective, or severely deformed
The printed pattern is incomplete or the printing position is wrong
The wrong product or size is sent
The wrong address is different from the address information provided by the customer
The package is lost during transportation
Logistics does not update information for 30 days
Under-delivered ordered products
Other issues depend on the specific documents
Note: After-sales initiation requires relevant credentials (backstage order screenshot + product problem picture + clear package label + problem description)
If logistics problems are caused by uncontrollable forces (such as epidemics, wars, riots, etc.), the platform has the right to terminate payment according to the actual situation and inform on the platform.
The actual refund amount is based on the actual amount paid by the merchant. Discounts in the form of bonuses, coupons, full discounts, etc. used during the payment process will not be refunded.
Item condition: must be in original condition, including jewelry, accessories, etc.
Damaged or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return process
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Request a return: Submit a return request via email (tsayajewels@gmail.com) or contact customer service within 15 days, provide your order number and reason for return.
Wait for approval: We will review your return request within 1-3 business days and provide you with a return address and return instructions after approval.
Send the item back: Please ensure that the item is safely packaged and sent back to our designated address. Please attach your order when returning the item
Return review: After we receive and review the item, we will refund or replace the item according to your choice.
3. Return shipping cost
Voluntary return: If you return the item for personal reasons (such as you don’t like it or chose the wrong product), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Quality return: If the return is due to a defective product or the wrong product was sent, we will bear the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Policy
Refund Time: After the return is approved, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 2/3 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the bank or payment platform.
Partial Refund: For products that do not meet the return conditions (such as partially damaged or used), we reserve the right to provide a partial refund.
5. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange the product (such as changing the size or color), please go through our return process. Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days and the product must meet the above return conditions.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or has quality problems, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the damaged product. We will process your application and provide return, exchange or refund services as soon as possible.
